Mark has over 15 years of combined working experience in Risk Advisory and External Audit in top accounting and auditing firms in the Philippines and the United States.


At MOORE Roxas Tabamo & Co., Mark specializes in Risk Advisory services such as internal audit, SOX and J-SOX compliance review, business process review, and forensic accounting.


Prior to joining MOORE Roxas Tabamo & Co., Mark had worked for a total period of 6 years in the Advisory Services divisions of a Big 4 accounting firm in the Philippines and a Global Top 10 accounting firm’s offices in the Philippines and New York City where he provided advisory services such as audit-support IT general and application controls review, outsourced SOX and J-SOX compliance assessment, business process review, drafting policy and procedure manuals, anti-bribery and anti-corruption (ABAC) due diligence, financial due diligence, valuation, alternative dispute resolution, and litigation support services to clients in various industries and sectors.


Mark had also worked as an external auditor for a combined period of 9 years at the top Big 4 accounting firm in the Philippines, where his public accounting career started, and at the New York City office of a Global Top 10 accounting firm conducting audits of financial statements under the IFRS, U.S. GAAP, and OMB A-133 reporting frameworks.


Mark is a Certified Public Accountant. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree from the University of the Philippines in the Visayas.


Mark oversees the Firm’s quality management and risk management functions.
