Dexter R. Garcia

Dexter is a Partner at Moore Roxas Tabamo & Co., bringing over 15 years of progressive experience in audit, finance, and business consulting. His professional journey reflects a consistent commitment to quality, leadership, and client service across a broad spectrum of industries.

He began his professional career with Moore Roxas Tabamo & Co., where he advanced through successive roles from Junior Associate to Supervisory and Managerial positions. As Senior Audit Manager of the firm’s Cagayan de Oro Branch, Dexter led numerous audit engagements for both local enterprises and multinational organizations, strengthening his expertise in financial reporting and regulatory compliance.

Beyond public practice, Dexter also held key management positions in the health services industry, where he contributed to the organization’s financial stewardship and operational management—broadening his understanding of both private and public sector dynamics.

Dexter’s areas of specialization include audit of financial statements, financial reporting under IFRS and PFRS, and advisory services in corporate governance and internal control. His professional exposure spans diverse sectors, including healthcare, education, manufacturing, rural banking, power generation and distribution, and credit and financing.

He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and a Licensed Real Estate Broker (REB). Dexter is an active member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), where he supports initiatives promoting professional excellence and ethical standards in the accounting profession.

He earned both his Master’s in Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan.
