REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 45-2024
This order amends specific provisions of Revenue Memorandum Order (RMO) No. 39-2022, issued on July 6, 2022, in response to requests for additional Service Desk System Requesters in the National Office (NO) and Revenue District Offices (RDOs). The update supports other BIR initiatives and aims to improve the efficiency of the BIR Service Desk System.
In view thereof, specific items are hereby amended reflecting the revised number of Requesters are shown below for the reference of all concerned revenue officials and personnel:

1. Number of Requesters per Office/Division:

Requesters inactive for more than six months will be deactivated. Reactivation requires a justification letter.

3. All incident/problem reports and service requests of every office shall be created electronically through the BIR Service Desk System by the Requester who is officially designated by the concerned office.
