Recruitment
- Sourcing and selecting potential candidates for urgent roles
- Updating and monitoring the Recruitment Masterlist
- Send follow-up emails/texts to candidates regarding their application
- Assists in other recruitment-related tasks as needed
Employee Engagement
- Assists in creating and facilitating employee engagement activities
Key Qualifications
- Must be currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, BA/BS Psychology, or any equivalent
- Detail-oriented, quick-to-learn, and has strong prioritization skills
- Can commit to full-time internship work (at least 8hrs/day)
- Willing to work onsite (Makati)
