Warren has more than 15 years of auditing experience. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer and an audit partner of MOORE Roxas Tabamo & Co.. He has prior work experiences with other auditing firms such as RSM Philippines (Reyes Tacandong & Co. – 7 years), KPMG in the Cayman Islands – 2 years, and Ernst & Young Philippines (SGV – 5 years).
Warren is knowledgeable in Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and Philippine Tax Laws. He has handled audit of and special jobs for (agreed-upon procedures and due diligence engagements) publicly-listed companies, entities in the process of initial public offering, and various local and multinational companies. He also performed regulatory compliance work (reconstruction of books of accounts) for various entities.
