REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR (RMC) NO. 090-2025
RMC No. 090-2025 provides the necessary information for all concerned personnels, attached as Annex “A” in this circular, is the copy of R.A. 12253, otherwise known as the “Enhanced Fiscal Regime for Large-Scale Metallic Mining Act” that was signed by President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. on September 4, 2025.
