REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER (RMO) NO. 40-2025
The subject of the order is the Creation and Dropping of Alphanumeric Tax Code (ATC) of Selected Revenue Source under Republic Act (R.A.) No. 12214, which is also known as the Capital Markets Efficiency Promotion Act. It aims to ensure the accurate identification and monitoring of excise tax payments in accordance with the new provisions of R.A. No. 12214.
